what the Renovate Service is about...

This Vredehoek client required an architectural resolution to discover the potential of the back garden while making alterations and uplifting their newly purchased home.

This is an example of a hand drawn 3D view of the altered space. An illustration technique sometimes used in the Renovate Offering to clearly communicate the spatial intension.

A hand-drawn sketch plan illustration was provided for the above project, to communicate the conceptual layout

A  computer generated sketch plan illustration is also provided, to communicate the conceptual layout more specifically.

An example of the technical specifications plan used for costing purposes.

This was a feasibility proposal for a new functional greenhouse on a small holding.

Here the greenhouse is to become a destination folly in the garden, anchoring the vegetable beds around it.

This Somerset West client required a simple architectural resolution to discover a more meaningful way to integrate their house and garden spaces, whilst better utilizing the spaces.
