LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT

This was a feasibility proposal for a new functional greenhouse on a small holding. 

Here the greenhouse is to become a destination folly in the garden, anchoring the vegetable beds around it. 

3D ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT

This Somerset West client required a simple architectural solution to discover a more meaningful way to integrate their house and garden spaces, while better utilizing their space.   

SPECIFICATIONS

At this stage of the offering, we broadly specify and define the basic architectural elements that make up the alteration or building. 

We use plans, sections, and/or 3D drawings to communicate these specifications according to the client's or building’s requirements. 

This is then passed onto the costing department, in the next stage.
