5a Orchard Road | Milnerton

This concept illustrates a new two-story home on a greenfield site (no existing building) that was recently subdivided from the client's property, as an investment opportunity.


The client requested a cost-effective design that is tasteful, traditional, and conventional in form, with strong physical connections between floors, and taking cognizance of their home on the neighbouring site.

 

The new home is designed to suit the client’s lifestyle and personal requirements, although it may be sold as an investment opportunity, exhibiting the following requirements:


  • 2 Bedrooms
  • 1 Master Suite 
  • Pyjama Lounge
  • En-suite Bathroom & Guest WC
  • Study / Office 
  • Open plan Kitchen, Dining, and Living Room
  • Integrated Gardens and a small Pool. 
  • Double Garage, with direct access to the Entrance Lobby.

  

The concept firstly explores the various layout options available on the site, then explores options available within that preferred layout.
